Tips
Getting ready for Grade 4
- Check that a fraction answer is in the form the question asks for.
- Estimate first, then work it out: the estimate catches slips.
- For a word question, try each choice in place of the word and reread the sentence.
- In Language, a complete sentence tells who or what, and what they do: check each choice for both.
- The test reaches above Grade 4, so a few hard questions are normal.
