Queensland Academies
The Queensland Academies entrance test decides Year 7 places at the Queensland Academy for Science, Mathematics and Technology (QASMT). Children sit it in Year 5: Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension and Mathematics, 30 minutes each, and 15 minutes of Written Expression. Students in Year 9 sit the same five parts for Year 10 at any of the three academies (QASMT, QACI and QAHS).
