Select Entry Accelerated Learning (SEAL) programs run in Victorian government secondary schools and move through the curriculum faster than usual. Entry is by a selection test that each school runs itself, and most set the same five-part test.

The five parts of the SEAL test
Most SEAL schools set the same five-part test: verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, reading, mathematics and a short piece of writing. Each paper here is timed like the real one, and every question is explained.

Arithmetic and problem solving at pace. Up to five options.

Some schools use ACER’s Higher Ability Selection Test (HAST) instead. We have no HAST-style paper, so check which test your school sets before you start.
